Key Responsibilities
Provide learning and development opportunities for staff in Health and Adult Social Care to comply with statutory requirements, service priorities, local and national policies. Assist with workforce strategy priorities and build a strong, stable, skilled workforce who can work with residents to achieve the best outcomes. Analyse, commission, and design learning interventions that are planned and costed according to service needs. Undertake service-wide training needs analysis and recommend suitable learning interventions making best use of resources. Job Requirements
2 years or more experience within a local authority environment or a similar organisation. Previous experience within a Learning & Development role or equivalent. A clean Enhanced DBS is essential for this role. Must hold a relevant qualification within Human Resources and/or Social Care. How to Apply:
