About the Team: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our team in our Cardiff office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive lease consultancy services across a diverse range of properties. This position demands a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects while ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on lease consultancy, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and restructuring leases. Assist clients in navigating complex property transactions and advise on strategic asset management. Engage in market research and analysis to stay current with regional property trends and influence client advisory with accurate data. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders within the South West Wales property market. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, ensuring they meet the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy. Manage and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their professional development and maintaining team cohesion. About You: MRICS qualified, commercially aware, strong negotiation skills, ability to work on own initiative whilst being an excellent team player, proven IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office, well organized, efficient, using initiative and working to tight deadlines, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proactive, flexible, and self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service, full driving licence.
