Key Responsibilities:
- Manage statutory and voluntary lease extensions for landlords and tenants.
- Handle acquisitions, sales, and property disposals.
- Complete land registration, prepare reports on title, and manage stamp duty.
- Work with clients, review documents, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate files and manage client billing.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of lease extension experience.
- Strong drafting and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
