Our client is looking for a

Leasehold Manager

to be based in Wigan.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent knowledge of Right to Buy legislation, specifically Housing Act 1985 Part V. Background in Housing preferred. Background in housing leasehold management/service charges preferred. Strong decision-making skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and excellent numerical skills. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively. Exceptional customer service capabilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work with and coordinate multi-agencies/teams to ensure smooth running of Right to Buy service. Investigate and respond to complaints/Councillor enquiries/MP enquiries.

Pay is £25.00 per hour for 37.5 hours per week - Hybrid working.
