Competitive In order to achieve these objectives, the LM should ensure sufficient, balanced and effective activity by customer, by brand, by month: Conduct Business reviews with the Leaser Management team including Pricing (RV/SMR), Corporate, SME, Broker (Campaigns) - Driving volume growth through leasing AVB (Annual Volume Bonus) strategy LM to work closely with Stellantis Mega and Regional Corporate Fleet Teams to maximise existing customer loyalty and drive conquest business with each leasing company. Ensure leasing company relationships position Stellantis as obvious first alternative supplier to their customers. Update relevant CRM systems Organise Demonstrations and on-site Roadshow events for leaser sales teams and employees. Order Portfolio Management Manage account order administration, scheduling and build of product requirements. Monitor progress and accuracy of all customer vehicle orders and match to fleet plans. Investigate and activate recovery action if necessary. Responsible for liaison with car flow department, carriers and retailers to ensure vehicle delivery is in line with customer requirements. Manage forward stock ordering of saleable stock for customers. Monitor stock versus forecast for customers and report position on a monthly basis as part of overall Leasing forecasts, managing stock age profile in line with company objectives. Provide accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts for Leasing volumes within their account portfolio. Manage the Stellantis Leasing sales strategy and the provision of market data, insight and feedback to relevant Stellantis sales and pricing committees. Liaise with the Stellantis Finance Departments on matters relating to invoicing, programme claims, price protection etc. to ensure rapid resolution of all associated issues.
