Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Leaving Care Personal with Tameside Council.
Tameside Council is currently looking for someone who is happy to work 21 hours per week.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with:
A
Level 3 NVQ in Care of Children and Young People
(or equivalent). Experience in direct work with children or young people. Knowledge of child development, trauma, and safeguarding. Empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills. Ability to build meaningful connections and advocate for young people. Desirable Skills: Understanding of issues such as domestic abuse, substance misuse, and their impact on young people.
