Pay rate:
£16.01 per hour Job Purpose: Make face-to-face contact with young people referred to the project, and work to engage them with the service. Undertake support needs analyses with young people and develop individual plans to address their future aims and objectives. Work with young people to support them to meet their goals, e.g. support them to access: Positive activities within their communities/localities Education, training and employment opportunities Additional support services, e.g. adult social care, housing, health support.
