To support our continuing growth, we are seeking to appoint a new Lecturer within the Department of Finance, Accounting and Risk, based in the Glasgow School

for

Business and Society. As a Lecturer in Accounting, you will focus on providing high-quality learning and teaching that is underpinned by scholarly activity. We are keen to receive applications from people who will enhance our delivery of and reputation in Accounting. Responsibilities: Contribute to the delivery and assessment of existing modules. Supervise and enhance the student experience across undergraduate, postgraduate, and graduate apprenticeship programmes. Teach Accounting subjects at all levels, particularly in the areas of Tax and Public Sector Accounting. Engage in further development of the subject area to ensure academic rigour. Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualifications in the subject area. Prior experience of supporting student learning, teaching, and assessment in higher education and/or in industry settings. Relevant industry experience is favorable. A higher education teaching qualification and/or Fellow status with AdvanceHE is desirable.
