As a Lecturer in Engineering, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality learning experience to our students, preparing them for success in the ever-evolving engineering industry. Your primary responsibilities include: Delivering engaging, inclusive teaching and assessments in engineering disciplines, ensuring that students gain the skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. Providing academic support and guidance to help students achieve their potential and succeed in their studies and future careers. Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or master’s level qualification with subject specialisms in any of the following areas: aerospace, nuclear, electrical and electronic, general engineering, mechanical, physics, or mathematics. We welcome applications from: Experienced practitioners with a background in Further Education (FE) or Higher Education (HE), or those with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Individuals looking to make a career change from industry, bringing valuable real-world expertise and a passion for education. New graduates who are eager to begin a rewarding career in teaching. If you don’t already hold a teaching qualification, don’t worry—we provide a fully-funded teaching qualification at no cost to you, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in this role.
