This is an exciting time to join the team as we expand our provision, with new programmes including: Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy, providing you an opportunity for you to play a significant role in this growth. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive subject expertise and professional practice experience in sports therapy as a practitioner and has experience leading, designing and delivering higher education programmes in this field. The successful candidate will thrive in an environment where they work inter professionally and can continue to practice and research, whilst providing an outstanding student academic experience to develop high quality graduates in the field. Leadership, passion, solution focused, and good communication skills are key qualities of interest. The role holder is required to be a member of The Society of Sports Therapists and be in a position to provide expert professional practice experience in the field of sport therapy and rehabilitation. Candidates with wider experience in rehabilitation, biomechanics and functional movement and anatomy, strength and conditioning, are encouraged to apply. The role holder will also join an active research and knowledge exchange community and therefore have the opportunity to develop their research and professional practice contributing to the Centre for Integrated Research in Life and Health Sciences.
