Job Summary

Join our small team working to create a new home for the British Library in the heart of Leeds. The Leeds Presence programme will transform the Library’s impact in the North, opening-up our world-class resources to more people than ever before. Job Description

We're looking for someone with practical experience of project delivery, who's looking to expand their professional experience by supporting this capital project. You'll have excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work across a wide variety of stakeholders. In this wide-reaching role you'll use your outstanding analytical, planning and organisational skills to provide high-level administrative support across the programme - tracking progress, maintaining documentation, managing risk reporting, and authoring reports to ensure effective governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, while delivering transformational change for the Library and the city of Leeds. Responsibilities

Our pension scheme is one of the most valuable benefits we offer, as our staff can become members of the Alpha Pension Scheme where the Library contributes a minimum of 26.6% (this may be higher dependent on grade). Another significant benefit the Library provides is the provision of a flexible working hours scheme which could allow you to work your hours flexibly over the week and to take up to 5 days flexi leave in a 3 month period. This is on top of 25 days holiday from entry and public and privilege holidays.
