Legal Administrator Family – Private Law Worcester Full time, permanent opportunity We are looking for a meticulous Administrator with a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar role in a private law, Family department. As an Administrator, you will be expected to assist lawyers in the administration and management of a wide range of Family law matters from inception through to completion whilst giving outstanding service to clients and colleagues. What the job involves: Diary management of personnel within the department as well as typing from digital dictation, drafting and proof reading documentation. Proactively and professionally handling a wide range of queries and liaising with clients, counsel and other professionals across all methods of communication. Application and Bundle preparation including drafting preliminary documents, Legal Aid applications and court documentation. Utilising the Company’s case management system to its best effect in order to manage case load as well as record time and bill clients efficiently. What you need: To have at least 6 months experience in a Family Department in an administration function. Passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrers. Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management skills, as well as being proficient in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications.
