Legal Advisory team . Working with customers from prestigious brands such as Saga, Hastings, Markerstudy, and many more, you will help them resolve their legal issues over the phone. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal and insurance expertise further, with an additional opportunity to learn specific areas of the law. RAC Legal Services

offers a unique training and development package. You will be provided with a training pathway to support you in expanding your knowledge base when taking on additional areas of law. For each module completed, you will receive an additional £1,500 on top of your basic salary. What we offer... A competitive salary of up to

£28,000

Help customers understand their legal rights and provide practical next steps to resolve their issues. Apply legal situations to policy wording and give guidance on all products provided by and/or serviced by RAC Legal Services. Provide high-quality legal advice on a range of private legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line. Work within agreed service levels and quality standards. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep up to date with relevant legislation and case law. Explain how the insurance claims process works under their Legal Expenses policy. Requirements... Minimum LLB qualification or equivalent. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. A keen interest in developing legal expertise within the Insurance sector.
