Legal AI Specialist, Battersea You will be responsible for the adoption of LEAP’s AI technologies across our client base. You will maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and build relationships with clients, to ensure that the quality of our AI technologies meets the needs of our clients and that our clients understand AI, why they should use it to boost their productivity and understand our AI technologies. What you'll do Develop AI Adoption Strategies. Define and oversee objectives and timelines on AI Product Adoption, aligning goals to the needs of our clients. Build key relationships with internal stakeholders, especially with product, content, and customer success departments. Ensure that internal teams are fully trained on our AI technologies. Engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations of AI. Design and deliver training courses, workshops, and user guides to support AI adoption and knowledge building. Work with the product and content teams to ensure a first class client experience. Monitor AI feature performance and be responsible for gathering feedback and providing it to Product and Content teams. Become a thought leader on AI in the legal market. Conduct competitor benchmarking to position LEAP as the leader in AI solutions for law firms. Stay informed on AI advancements, particularly those related to law firms, advising the business on any legislation or governance requirements. What you'll bring Leadership, professionalism, desire to learn, and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the legal sector. A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in the legal sector. Proven ability to manage projects and meet business objectives. Knowledge of LEAP would be an advantage. Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate complex solutions to non-technical people. A passion for technology, particularly the use of AI. Liaise with the marketing team to ensure that knowledge and understanding of our solutions are being well presented.
