We are looking for a meticulous Legal and Compliance Specialist to join our team and ensure that our operations adhere to legal standards and regulatory requirements in the UK. Key Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with UK laws and regulations, including employment law, data protection (GDPR), and corporate governance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on various matters, including company policies, business practices, and potential legal issues. Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on any potential impact. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees. Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field. Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent qualification is preferred. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, ideally in a corporate setting. Familiarity with UK employment law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in legal research tools and compliance software. Salary Range :

£28,000 to £35,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications). Why Join Us :
