The Role This role is primarily about delivering first-class customer service to our clients over the telephone. New to Equity Release? We have grown considerably over the last 13 years and due to increased workloads, we are looking to recruit a Legal Case Assistant to join our team on our ever-improving journey. As an example, within the legal transactional team, with hard work, the right person would typically move from Case Assistant to Case Manager within 6-12 months, and onwards to Senior Case Manager and even Deputy Team Manager, leading to a Team Manager role within the business. We can also offer opportunities for staff to move to our residential conveyancing (sister) firm Thomas Legal. Criteria Hold GCSE Maths and English grade A-C. Competent using Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience working within a service-driven administrative team. Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Skills and Attributes Teamwork. Willingness to learn with a positive mindset. Organisation, planning and prioritising. Communication, client care, empathy.
