This is an exciting opportunity to provide vital administrative support while contributing to high-quality legal work across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective administrative support to legal services, aiding Councils, Members, Officers, and external stakeholders. Assist legal teams with a full range of administrative tasks, including filing, archiving, preparing court bundles, and managing correspondence. Conduct legal research and assist with basic casework while maintaining various manual and electronic systems. Support project work through fact-finding, research, and data management, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision. Meet and greet clients and guests, providing excellent customer service in a professional setting. What We're Looking For:

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. A level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Understanding of Freedom of Information and Data Protection issues.
