dynamic

team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in securing and supporting new clients in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. This exciting role offers the opportunity to develop your legal and customer service skills in a professional and supportive environment. This role offers a hybrid or fully remote working model, for the right person, upon completion of training in the Taunton Office 40 hours per week, including one late shift 10 am – 7 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in the week. Responsibilities of the Legal Claims Advisor include: - Build rapport with potential clients over the phone and in person, gathering initial claim details efficiently Accurately collate and document information related to potential claims to enable case progression Prepare necessary legal documentation for new claims or communicate when support cannot be provided Clearly explain the details of conditional fee agreements to prospective clients Requirements of the Legal Claims Advisor include: - Excellent customer service skills, with proven ability to build rapport both in person and over the phone Strong legal background, analytical mindset, and attention to detail Proficiency in IT and typing, with the ability to input data accurately while conversing Flexible, team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and time management skills Benefits: You will be joining an equal opportunities employer with a number of excellent staff benefits, including: A company pension scheme in which the company contributes a percentage of employees’ salaries to A generous holiday allowance, with loyalty days for the longevity of service Sickness Benefit Allowance Bike-to-work scheme Death in service EAP Discretionary bonus scheme Note on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
