Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to the business. As a trusted advisor, the Legal Counsel will work closely with senior management and various departments to mitigate legal risks via effective contract review; resolve disputes; and assist with strategic decision-making.
Key Accountabilities:
Support internal teams on legal matters, ensuring all activities are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts (e.g. supply of goods and services, IT, media agencies, sponsorship and more).
Advise on pricing and advertising compliance (ASA/CAP Code, Trading Standards).
Develop an understanding of applicable travel law including the Package Travel Regulations.
About You
Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need to be a qualified solicitor with experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. We would welcome applications from lawyers with experience in Contract Law, Corporate Law, IT/Technology and/or Data Protection.
