  • They are looking to strengthen their Operations team with the appointment of a Construction Law specialist to join the Legal team, A qualified Solicitor with 1 or 2 years PQE exper.
  • An individual qualified as a solicitor in England or Wales or equivalent.
  • Applications would be welcomed from both qualified solicitors and construction professionals who have specialised in construction law.
  • Review, tendering, negotiation and agreement of contracts with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and third parties.

  • This position requires excellent communication skills although the main focus will be pre-contract reviewing legal contracts.
