Job Description
Provide commercial legal advice and support to various business units.
Conduct reviews of commercial agreements and contracts.
Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with external legal advisors.
Conduct legal training to internal stakeholders.
Participate in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Assist in managing legal risks within the business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel - Commercial should have:
A Qualified Solicitor in the UK or similar jurisdiction.
Strong knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law.
Experience working in an in-house environment would be highly beneficial.
Excellent negotiation and contract review skills.
An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
