LHH are pleased to be supporting our long-standing client, an industry-leading organisation in the environmental and engineering sector, in their search for a talented corporate solicitor to join their busy in-house legal team based in Cheshire. Our client is a global leader in the delivery of sustainable solutions. They work across various sectors critical to global sustainability, including water, energy, infrastructure, and waste. Following significant investment, they are continuing on their ambitious growth journey and are looking for additional support to deliver these plans. As a key member of our client's legal team, you will have the opportunity to advise on corporate acquisitions and broaden your expertise in corporate law. Your responsibilities will include: Providing legal advice and support on corporate transactions, both in the UK and internationally Collaborating with various teams within the organisation to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Assisting with the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies Requirements: Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE, preferably with a background in corporate law Adaptable and detail-oriented with a keen eye for commerciality in legal advice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment International experience is desirable but not essential If you are a motivated and forward-thinking legal professional looking for a rewarding and challenging role, apply now to join our client's dynamic and talented in-house legal team.
