Based at our stunning Head Office at Mercia Marina in Willington, Derby, this standalone role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of our legal function, roll up their sleeves, and make a real impact across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing and managing the company’s legal framework, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.
Providing expert legal advice on a range of commercial matters, including contracts, agreements, and business negotiations.
Supporting the business with practical, solutions-focused approaches to legal and commercial risk management.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to align with business needs and objectives.
Acting as the go-to legal expert for stakeholders, building trusted relationships across Bionical Health.
What we’re looking for:
A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial law.
Demonstrated expertise in commercial legal risk management.
Previous in-house legal experience is desirable.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is a bonus, but not essential.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
