You will have the chance to make a real impact by providing essential legal advice across a range of employment matters. Key Responsibilities for this Employment Legal Counsel position:
Provide Employment Law Advice:
Offer expert legal guidance on the full spectrum of employment law, including hiring, termination, mobility, immigration, disputes, investigations, and advising on specific employee-related issues. Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with managers and directors to assess risks associated with employment-related processes, providing clear and practical advice to mitigate legal challenges. Policy and Procedure Review:
Monitor changes in employment law and provide advice on necessary amendments to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with new legislation. Collaboration with People Team:
Coordinate with the People Team to maintain a consistent approach to policies, practices, and decision-making across the global organisation. Legal Resource Development:
Contribute to the creation and upkeep of legal resources, including contract templates and training materials, and support internal training sessions to ensure company-wide compliance. Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least
3 years’ experience
