Are you an experienced German Speaking/ Qualified Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a global collaborative legal team?
Our client, a leading mobility company, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support their global business operations, commercial sales, and procurement activities. This role will be based in South-West London on a hybrid basis (3 day in office, 2 days at home) and offer the chance to be part of a dynamic and driven team.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing legal advice to minimise business risks and support the company's objectives
- Negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts
- Mentoring and developing other lawyers
- Staying updated on industry-related topics and changes in the law
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer
- Experience leading and mentoring lawyers
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
