Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company specialising in generic and branded drugs. They have been around for 120 years and have a global network of approximately 37,000 employees across 58 markets.
The business are evolving so are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a small but mighty team. Job Description You can expect to: Provide pragmatic legal advice to commercial business units. Be responsible for supporting customer facing teams, including Pharmacy, Wholesalers, Dispensing Doctors, Hospitals, OTC and NHS procurement and Tendering. Draft, negotiate and advice on contractual arrangements with customers and third parties. Support Senior lawyers in team on general procurement projects and contracts. Manage legal risk. The Successful Applicant A successful Legal Counsel should have: A Law degree from a recognised institution Circa 3 year PQE Commercial background Pharmaceuticals background would be advantageous but not necessary What's on Offer Salary around £80k plus car allowance and benefits.
