Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts. Provide legal support and advice on corporate governance matters. Advise on regulatory and compliance issues within the logistics or defence sectors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated. Stay abreast of developments in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' PQE (Post-Qualification Experience). Proven experience in commercial law, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Experience in logistics or defence law is highly advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
