Legal Counsel 12-18 Months FTC Telecommunications Manchester Area £60,000 - 70,000 Legal Counsel opportunity to join a telecommunications company based in the Manchester area. As the Legal Counsel, you will join a small legal team to assist with general commercial matters as the business goes through a period of change. The successful Legal Counsel opportunity will involve: Assisting senior stakeholders of the business with negotiating and drafting general BAU commercial contracts which will include but not be limited to supplier contracts, technology, and IT contracts, terms and conditions. Working with different departments across the business including sales and marketing departments and supporting commercial decisions. Supporting the General Counsel and Head of Legal on complex projects. As the successful Legal Counsel, you will have: Experience ideally working in a telecommunications business on the residential side; however, candidates that have worked in a regulated environment/utilities-focused business would be beneficial. Strong commercial contract experience. Experience working in a regulated industry that is subject to changes and a fast-paced caseload.
