You will be working closely with the General Counsel, focusing on a range of development, housing and construction matters. The Role You will be managing property acquisitions to secure land for development projects and providing support to the General Counsel. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting heads of terms, contracts, option agreements, pre-emption agreements, and promotion agreements based on agreed terms. Preparing reports on title, overseeing search requests, and initiating title enquiries before finalising contracts. Actively participating in meetings pertinent to project advancement and conducting site visits to assess development areas. Drafting section 106 agreements, handling Stamp Duty Land Tax documentation, and managing registration applications. Collaborating with colleagues, preparing site setup documentation, and engaging in negotiations for infrastructure agreements.
