Description The Legal Counsel will be: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including IT agreements and NDAs. Advising on data protection legislation and ensuring compliance across the organisation. Providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks. Managing consumer law compliance, including litigation and small claims. Supporting the Group Procurement team on RFPs, contract terms, and management. Profile The Legal Counsel should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 3-6 commercial PQE. Experienced in IT contracts (e., SaaS, AI) and data protection compliance. Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Commercially aware, with strong organisational and communication skills. Previous in-house experience or financial services exposure is desirable. Job Offer Salary: £62,000-68,500 per annum. Generous annual bonus. Huge staff discounts and big-brand savings.
