Your new role In this role you will be providing enhanced support to the organisation's CEO alongside the executive leadership team. You will be communicating with senior leaders and clients. You will get exposure to leaders in Finance, Commercial, and Delivery. As a member of the executive office, you will have ample support, but you will be the sole executive assistant within the company, which will require excellent cross-functional collaboration! In this role you will be responsible for the following: Proactively and accurately manage heavy calendars, which include internal and external meetings. Book travel and process expenses in a timely manner, exercising good judgement and adherence to their in-house policy. Support business development efforts on behalf of the CEO through identifying and researching potential client contracts, generating leads, and uncovering high-value opportunities. Support the CEO in all aspects of the sales cycle including scheduling follow-up meetings. Assist in organising company-wide and office-specific activities, including technical and context support for quarterly town hall meetings. End-to-end coordination of office benefits. Purchase of office supplies. Other duties relating to the executive leadership team. What you'll need to succeed If you are a team player, can collaborate and communicate well with technical and non-technical audiences whilst bringing a result-driven, focused, high team-energy, and fun sense of self to the team, then this is the place for you. To be considered for this role, you will have the following: 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant to C-Suite leadership. Candidates with experience of working in a global organisation will be given preference. Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and meticulous attention to detail abilities. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive. Eagerness to learn. Excellent written and verbal skills.
