As our Legal Executive, you will be crucial to our continued success by playing a key role in all in-house legal duties ensuring a sound understanding of historical covenants linked to land and title, along with requesting and reviewing search results in order to maintain our commitment to legal diligence and excellence. The Person

The right candidate will have a passion for the environment including the wildlife and ecology it supports and will possess a Law Degree/GDL, postgraduate qualifications (LPC, Cilex, or SQE) and relevant legal support experience. Experience working within property law, the housebuilding sector or green services environment (grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping & estates services) is preferable but what is essential is the willingness and ability to do what is right. Main Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and finalising transfers and agreements. Requesting and analysing Land Registry documents and performing necessary searches. Identifying risks and opportunities associated with land transfers. Preparing executive summaries of planning and other council documents. Reviewing residential and commercial property plans. Participating in internal and external meetings to provide legal support as needed. Assisting the wider team with legal inquiries and advice. The Opportunity
