Job Description

A global law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Learning Manager to join their innovative team. As a Legal Learning Manager, you will manage lawyers' access to online training content, regularly auditing and refreshing Legal Learning materials and resources. You will support specific practice area training for junior lawyers in the UK and develop and implement substantive legal training globally. Key Responsibilities: Manage access to online training content, auditing and refreshing materials. Collaborate with lawyers, Knowledge Lawyers, and external providers to design and deliver digital courses and workshops. Build relationships with key stakeholders globally. Conduct evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement. Support the development of Learning Coordinators, promoting a continuous learning culture. Maintain and monitor training budgets, assisting with the annual budget process. Stay updated with trends in education, law firm business, digital learning, AI, and legal developments. Person Specification: 5+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs in a law firm or professional services environment. Preferred qualification in learning and development or instructional design. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
