You will be based within the Commercial & Litigation section of Legal Services, dealing predominantly with legal Adult Social Care (ASC) work which is an important role in assisting the ASC Team to meet its legal obligations and safeguard vulnerable adults. In addition, you will be expected to assist in other areas of the team when required. You will carry a caseload which will provide an opportunity to learn quickly and build a specialism in this area. You will be supervised by a supportive manager and have the benefit of flexible working arrangements. We are looking for candidates who: hold one of the following: Institute of Legal Executive qualification or a substantial part thereof or equivalent or similar qualification e.g. law degree, LPC or BVC or substantial proven fee-earning experience in a legal practice. have communication skills. are organised with an ability to prioritise work appropriately. This role offers a unique experience, which enables you to do work which is meaningful and purposeful to your wider local community in a supportive environment.
