Support with the onboarding of new clients Diary management and meeting organisation Arrange client meetings Support fee earners with time recording and billing Process expenses Travel arrangements Drafting letters and amending/formatting documents where necessary Inbox and file management Working closely with other Legal PAs across the firm Other ad hoc secretarial duties To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA. Experienced PAs from a similar professional services firm will also be considered.
