Dispute Resolution department . As a PA, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities: Prepare correspondence and documents, including transcribing digital dictation. Manage mail and enclosures for dispatch. Progress client matters in the absence of fee earners. Arrange appointments and meetings, maintain an up-to-date diary. Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone with professionalism. Administer filing, including daily filing and retrieval of client files. Provide support to other PAs/secretaries as required. Undertake training for self-development. Ensure confidentiality of all documentation and information. Skills / Experience: Previous legal secretarial experience, with at least 2 years in dispute resolution. Excellent touch-typing speed with high accuracy. Advanced IT skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
