Due to an increased number of solicitors to the business this year, following successful expansion, they seek to ensure that the teams run efficiently and have the appropriate level of administrative and general support.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to one or more solicitors/partners including dictation and drafting.
Organize and maintain legal files and documents
Schedule appointments, internal meetings, and diarise court/external meetings
Communicate with clients as instructed
Assist with trial preparation and document management/drafting
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Manage solicitor deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role (legal admin/support)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per year
