An exciting opportunity has become available due to expansion, for a Legal PA to join a Law Firm based in their Manchester City Centre offices. This position as a Legal PA in Corporate Law presents a fantastic opportunity for professionals such as experienced Legal PAs, Secretaries, Executive Assistants, or Document Production Specialists to advance their careers. Typical Legal PA duties will include: File Management – organising and maintaining legal files ensuring compliance with policies and procedures both on hard copy and on the case management system Diary Management – managing multiple calendars and scheduling appointments for the Corporate Team and arranging travel, meetings and appointments Document Formatting – preparing and editing legal documents, correspondence including large documents with tracked changes Being the point of contact – acting as a liaison between the Corporate team and other departments and external stakeholders Billing – coordination of timely billing and finance reporting Assisting with business development – coordination and communication of business development activities Process review – contributing to operational review of business processes to ensure optimum efficiency Skills/Experience Required: Prior experience in a Legal Supporting role as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant or Document Production Specialist within Corporate and/or Commercial Law A high attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills A forward thinker that is commercially aware Highly organised with the ability to plan and work to team priorities A driven progressional with the desire to progress Strong IT skills including the use of Case Management Systems, MS office and DocuSign A team player that is happy to get involved with all aspects of supporting this successful team This full-time position in Manchester City Centre offers a hybrid work model, with a negotiable salary based on experience.
