The Job Working on our established and growing Legal West Midlands or South West team, you will recruit for a variety of law firms across the West Midlands market under the guidance of an experienced Business Manager. Initially, you will participate in an intensive training program coupled with on-the-job learning. We operate a 360-recruitment model, so the goal is to ensure you are confident in nurturing client relationships and developing your own business as well as delivery and candidate management. About You Detail-Oriented : Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Analytical Skills : Excellent ability to analyse data and information to make informed decisions. Strong Research Capabilities : Proficient in gathering and evaluating information from various sources to support projects and decisions. Organisational Skills : Exceptional organisational abilities, managing multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
