GRG are partnering with a well-established legal services firm in North Birmingham area, who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support the Private Client and Family Law Partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in the local community.

This is a permanent, full-time office based role, paying between £23,000 - £25,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Private Client and Family Partners, including preparing and managing legal documentation.
  • Managing and maintaining client files and records accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with diary management, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
  • Handling correspondence, calls, and emails professionally and promptly.
  • General office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Reception duties, greeting clients, answering queries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within Private Client or Family Law.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice software.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a small office environment.
