Legal Secretary Requirements: • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in a Private Client Department - Wills, Trust Probate but not essential) • Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and documentation • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Legal Secretary Responsibilities: • Assisting with the drafting and filing of legal documents and client telephone queries • Managing and organizing legal correspondence and documentation - typing correspondence and document (audio experience desirable) • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements • Providing administrative support to legal professionals - file opening, giving quotes and sending out quote letters, scanning, photocopying and filing, managing email correspondence • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion • Ensuring the smooth running of the department and assisting with general compliance If you have a strong background in legal administration and a passion for providing exceptional support, then we want to hear from you!
