Duties and Responsibilities:
Audio typing and document processing Diary management for fee earners Receiving phone calls from clients File openings General admin support for the department
Qualifications: Ideally around 3 years experience within a legal secretary position Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal Show initiative and be self-motivated High attention to detail Experienced in audio and copy typing
