Key Responsibilities
As a
Legal Secretary , your duties will include:
Document Preparation:
Drafting, formatting, and finalising legal documents, correspondence, and court forms. File Management:
Maintaining and organising both digital and physical client files. Scheduling:
Coordinating appointments, meetings, and court dates efficiently. Client Interaction:
Communicating professionally with clients, courts, and external parties. General Office Duties:
Handling incoming calls, emails, and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
