The selected candidate will work as a Legal Secretary within the Wills & Trust department, providing secretarial and administrative support to the wider team. Your new role Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a role where you can provide partners, solicitors, and consultants with a high level of support by demonstrating excellent secretarial service in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence? You will be joining a team that specializes in protecting the assets and wealth of high-net-worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts, and the preparation of tax-efficient wills. Previous experience within this area is an asset but not a requirement. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a Secretarial role or Legal environment (min) Exemplary communication skills, verbal and written Attention to detail and the ability to carry out general office tasks Skilled in diary management Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel What you'll get in return Benefits include 25-day holidays, enhanced pension, healthcare scheme, and death in service.
