My client is seeking a dynamic Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property team in Barnet, North London.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software. In particular, you will have advanced Word skills using track changes, styles, and document comparison tools. You will also be familiar with Adobe Pdf editor and preferably have experience of Leap case management.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, providing support to management, and facilitating communication within the organisation.

Duties

Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office 365. Assist with bookkeeping tasks. Support the team with administrative tasks as required, ensuring a well-organised work environment.

Experience

12+ months' experience in a property secretarial role is required. Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Office 365 and Leap. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in editing and working with long commercial documents. A good understanding of clerical duties and office management practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
