You will be working primarily with the Commercial Property, Corporate, Dispute Resolution, and Employment Teams, and will need to assist other units when necessary. You must be able to handle pressure and be able to prioritise your daily workload.

Exceptional secretarial skills Precise typing skills (via digital audio - Diktamen) Case management experience - efficiently administer new clients' requirements by opening files and generating standard letters and documents as instructed Enter accurate client data into our case management system, maintaining close attention to detail Utilise a confident telephone manner to engage with existing and prospective clients Ensure compliance with the firm's money laundering requirements, including the verification of client identification
