The Opportunity: An excellent opportunity awaits a Trusts & Estates specialist to play a key role within a small, dynamic team of three authors. This role is ideal for a Legal Secretary with experience in trusts and estates, including the preparation, updating, and reviewing of trust-related documents such as wills and EPOAs, as well as estate administration. You may also handle overflow work from other legal practice areas across the firm. You'll bring exceptional communication and people skills, along with an empathetic, professional approach to clients. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills will ensure you thrive while working autonomously, with support and guidance from the team. Your success is a priority for our client, with mentorship, development, and career progression actively encouraged. The ideal candidate would start in February, with training from the current Legal Secretary, who is retiring by March.
