seeking to add to their support team by introducing a new

PA / Secretary . You will need a

minimum of 2 years’ experience

within a legal secretary / legal PA role to be considered. The prime responsibilities for this role include: Working for all fee earners by picking up digital dictation and providing support in the office from Epsom. Preparing correspondence and documents, including transcribing digital dictation. Administering filing, which includes daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files in accordance with detailed procedures contained in the office manual. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch. Arranging for all copying to be completed. Making appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining an up-to-date diary for the fee earner(s). If appropriate, preparing the conference room for meetings and tidying and clearing the room at the end of the meeting, as well as providing refreshments if requested. Providing support to other secretaries as required. Attending to clients both in person and on the telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care. Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: 2 years of previous experience working within a Legal Secretary / PA Role. Advanced IT skills and good copy and audio typing abilities. High accuracy levels. Professional communication with clients both on the phone and in person. A proactive approach to work and clients.
