As a Legal Secretary on the Litigation Team, you will: Provide thorough secretarial and administrative support to the litigation team. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements. Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision. Liaise with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders with professionalism and promptness. Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant. Assist with billing and various other administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience working in a litigation department. Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities while maintaining professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with specific litigation processes and documentation. Experience in a fast-paced legal environment. Initiative and capability to adapt to evolving circumstances.
