Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with a team of legal secretaries to assist multiple Fee Earners. Prepare correspondence and legal documents with precision. Handle photocopying and scanning tasks efficiently. Utilise the Proclaim case management system effectively. Provide support to other secretaries and the administration team as needed.

About You: Educational Background:

GCSEs or equivalent, with proficient typing and audio skills. Experience:

Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential. Technical Skills:

Familiarity with digital dictation and Proclaim is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Multitasking Abilities:

Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to Detail:

A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and organisation in all documentation. Reliability:
